Pranjal motivated me to join the morning yoga sessions he was taking, and it took me some time to actually be able to get up early on time and attend and do yoga that early in the morning. But Pranjal as a yoga instructor was super patient with me and gave me the time and answered all my doubts calmly. About Me
I am a dedicated Yoga teacher with a Master’s degree in Yog Shastra, a 1-year Teachers Diploma in Yog Education, and a 200 hour TTC ( International Yoga Allience certification). I have spent time in ashrams learning from Sadhus and Sanyasis, and have taught Yog to individuals of all ages for over four years.
As a certified mountaineer and outdoor professional, I lead hikes and treks in Sahyadri and the Himalayas. My experiences in Yog and the outdoors have transformed my perspective on life, teaching me to balance vulnerabilities at work and in life.
Through my passion for Yog and the outdoors, I founded YO’S (Yog & Outdoor’s) to help others find balance and harmony within themselves.
